• Implicit information: When you use Hi Vietnamese, we collect usage data (how many times you login, đã kết nối với bao nhiêu giáo viên, bạn dành bao nhiêu thời gian trên app etc). (Implicit information is only analyzed in aggregate).
• Exchange information: We also store information that you have exchanged with any of the Hi Vietnamese staff (teachers, sales, and the support team).
